I make almost every meal home-cooked, and try to just buy myself fresh foods. I don’t really have a diet plan beyond avoiding a lot of processed stuff. I haven’t had fast food besides Subway in almost 2 months! I try to exercise at least four times a week, and a lot of times do it late at night because I work about 70 hours between two jobs and an internship. Now I can jog for 20 minutes without stopping, and I have found that running helps me clear my head, especially after a long day.
I have gone from a size 20 to a size 17/18 in jeans, but I still typically wear L/XL shirts. Regardless of what size or weight I am, I feel so much better every day. I have more energy and confidence. If I can do it, you can do it. We can all do it!!
